Public portal and admissions platform for the University of Medicine and Pharmacy

The legacy portal held fragmented, hard-to-update content and was not optimised for mobile, just as traffic spiked during each admissions season. Registration and lookups still relied on paper and manual steps, straining the academic office and making the process difficult for remote applicants.

We restructured the information architecture and rebuilt the portal on a high-performance stack with a content management system the university can maintain itself. In parallel, Easy Alo developed an online admissions module — application submission, results lookup and automated notifications — integrated with the university's existing data systems. Every screen was optimised for mobile and built to accessibility standards.
